My background includes leadership roles in marketing, event management, and operations with prominent global brands in the leisure and hospitality industries, including international projects in Japan and Singapore. As an entrepreneur, I’ve built and sold several successful small businesses, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of turning vision into reality. My co-creative, collaborative approach to coaching evokes a renewed sense of direction, an inspired vision for the future, and an actionable plan for success.

Outside of coaching, I have a deep love for real estate investing and home renovation. Whether restoring historic charm or reimagining a space for modern living, I find joy in creating environments that feel both beautiful and intentional. This hands-on passion complements my professional work — it’s all about vision, transformation, and bringing something meaningful to life.

I’m also deeply committed to community engagement. As Vice President of Finance for the Midtown Neighbors’ Association, I instituted financial controls and annual budgeting processes that have put the organization on a path for long-term financial stability. I also serve as Director of the Midtown Garden Stroll, growing this beloved event into a signature community experience that has solidified the Historic Midtown Garden District designation, established the neighborhood as a community of active and engaged neighbors, and given people a chance to experience some of the history, charm and hospitality of our neighborhood. These roles have deepened my belief in the power of community and the impact of thoughtful leadership at every level.
